Paul Grebner

Paul’s journey in construction began as a child in Pittsburgh, working alongside his father, a skilled brick mason. That early hands-on experience laid the foundation for a lifelong passion for building. After relocating to Northern Virginia, Paul joined one of the nation’s top production home builders, where he honed his skills and quickly rose through the ranks. His dedication to quality and leadership eventually led him into the world of custom homes, where he earned a reputation as one of the area’s most respected production managers.

Now, with over 30 years of experience, Paul brings his expertise and work ethic to Red Steel Homes, leading the day-to-day field operations with the same care and attention to detail that has defined his career. When he’s not on-site, Paul enjoys time with his wife Lori, an elementary school art teacher, and their two sons—Owen, a Bridgewater College graduate and aspiring musician, and Evan, a proud Nittany Lion and soon-to-be sophomore at Penn State.

Ryan Fisher

Ryan began his home construction career in 2004 in the fast-paced world of production home building, laying the groundwork for a deep understanding of construction from the ground up. He later transitioned to a project manager role with a Northern Virginia-based custom paint and drywall company, where he led home renovation, new construction, and commercial projects with precision and creativity. In 2009, Ryan shifted gears into government contracting, sharpening his business and leadership skills, most recently as Deputy Program Manager overseeing 36 task orders across two multi-award IDIQ contracts—managing over 160 full-time employees and a total contract ceiling exceeding $265 million. At Red Steel Homes, Ryan brings this diverse experience to the back office, where he ensures every project runs smoothly behind the scenes. His focus on detail, organization, and personal service helps shape each build with care and efficiency. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys time with his wife Jennifer, a dedicated kindergarten teacher, and their two children—Ryleigh, who is studying baking and pastry arts at the Culinary Institute of America in New York, and John, a soon-to-be freshman lacrosse player at the University of Richmond.
